Chairman of Kazakhstan National Elevator Association Igibayev Yerzhan and his delegation visited China Elevator Association, and the two sides held talks and signed a memorandum of cooperation.

Li Shoulin, President of China Elevator Association, Gong Jianfei, Vice President of China Elevator Association and Chairman and general manager of Beijing Construction Mechanization Research Institute Co., LTD., Zhang Lexiang, Secretary General of China Elevator Association, Zhou Chunming, Deputy secretary general of China Elevator Association and general manager of Jianyan Machinery Inspection and Testing (Beijing) Co., LTD., and other association leaders attended the meeting. He extended a warm welcome to Igibayev Yerzhan, Chairman of the National Elevator Association of Kazakhstan and his delegation, thanked them for choosing the National Elevator Quality Inspection and Testing Center for cooperation, and introduced to each other the development of the elevator industry in both countries.

On the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the Belt and Road Initiative, China Elevator Association and Kazakhstan National Elevator Association officially signed a memorandum of cooperation, agreeing to strengthen exchanges and cooperation in talents, technology, investment, information and other aspects of the elevator industry, and establishing a mechanism platform for subsequent comprehensive cooperation. Relying on the platform of China-Kazakhstan elevator Association, expand the service field, enhance the level of cooperation, expand the scope of exchanges, and help promote the development of China-Kazakhstan elevator industry.

After the signing ceremony, the leaders and guests visited the National elevator Quality Inspection and Testing Center. The staff of the National elevator Quality inspection and testing Center made a detailed introduction to the elevator test tower, elevator parts laboratory, escalator parts laboratory, environmental laboratory and fire-resistant door laboratory and other facilities, and the chairman of the Kazakhstan National Elevator Association highly praised the laboratory construction and inspection and testing capacity of the national elevator Quality inspection and testing center.

In the future, the China Elevator Association will work with the Kazakhstan National Elevator Association to earnestly implement the consensus of the heads of state of China and Kazakhstan, further expand and deepen the cooperation between the two countries in the elevator industry, achieve mutual benefit and win-win results, and make new contributions to the high-quality construction of the "Belt and Road".
